Satrajit Ray – Founder and Chief Digital Strategist

With a dynamic career spanning over 27 years, Satrajit has consistently demonstrated expertise across a broad range of industries, including IT, Telecom, Advertising films, Promos, Feature Films, Reality Television, OTT platforms, Publishing, and Social Media. His diverse journey is a perfect blend of creative vision, technical acumen, business leadership and innovation.

Satrajit began his career in the late 90s as an Assistant Director to renowned ad films and feature filmmaker Sujit Sircar, and after having worked in numerous ads for eminent brands, he eventually transited into television Direction and Production. He played pivotal roles as a Creative Producer and Director in 13 reality TV shows like Indian Idol: Season 2, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs, Business Baazigar, Jhalak Dikhla Ja, Zee Cinestar Ki Khoj, South Asian Superstars, to name a few. 

Satrajit has worked in senior leadership roles across Creative, Technology, Social Media and Business innovation with Companies like Vodafone, Tech Mahindra Comviva, Speaking Tree (India’s first Spiritual Network), Lehren Media Networks, Sri Adhikari Brothers TV Network, Trigger Happy Entertainment (Premium promos and trailers Production company for OTT and Feature Films)

Adding to his corporate leadership roles, Satrajit was the Chief Operating Officer at Shreans Daga Foundation.

Satrajit is also the founder of Soulheal, a platform dedicated to mental health, spiritual counselling, and personal transformation.

Satrajit is also the co-founder of Artstage, a dedicated platform for performing arts professionals.

Academically, Satrajit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication and Advertising from the National Institute of Sales and is a certified World Wide Web Webmaster (Geneva, Switzerland). 

Satrajit is also an accomplished singer and a guitarist by passion and has a rich legacy in the Indian music scene. He is also a certified Reiki Master, Ashtanga Yoga exponent, and a mindfulness coach.
